Kapital's investigation confirmed/ Minority shareholder at Vlora airport

The dispute over the shares of Vlora airport is now public. The minority shareholder in this concession, Valon Ademi, has publicly accused Behgjet Pacolli of fraud. Through a reaction on the social profile of his company 2A Group, Ademi calls Pacolli's decisions a dangerous game.

"There are people who for years have called development what is actually just a cover for fraud. They are sold as decisions, but in essence they are a dangerous game that does not stand the test of time. The great irony is that those who have always bought trust, think they can buy it today. But it is only a matter of time because such a dangerous game cannot continue for long," writes Valon Ademi in his reaction.

Contacted by Kapital, Mr. Ademi confirmed that his reaction is a direct response to Behgjet Pacolli and the conflict over the ownership of Vlora airport.

"In my reaction, I have given a direct response to all the news and insinuations that have been created recently by Behgjet Pacolli," Ademi declared.

The issue of the conflict over the ownership of the shares of the Vlora airport has now exploded publicly. Valon Ademi's reaction refutes the denial that Behgjet Pacolli attempted to make to the Kapital investigation by exposing the businessman as a public fraud. Kapital will continue to publish other details of this file in the coming days, which is emerging as a major story of fraud and a major corruption affair.

Valon Ademi is the owner of 2A Group, which owns 2 percent of the shares in the Vlora airport concession, while 98 percent is owned by Mabco and Pacolli.
