Just a few minutes after the court's decision that blocked any action by the Mabco company at Vlora airport, Behgjet Pacolli reacted. Through a status on social networks, Pacolli writes that the airport is being completed within the contractual deadlines, taking care to praise the aesthetic vision of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
"VLORA AIRPORT IS COMING! Vlora Airport (the largest private investment in public infrastructure) is being completed within the contractual deadline and is taking the form of one of the most modern, most functional and most beautiful airports in the entire region. Thanks to the vision and personal contribution of Prime Minister Rama, especially in terms of aesthetic solutions and interior design, this work is being transformed into a "boutique airport" - unique in its kind and a national pride." - writes Pacolli.
In a comment below his status, Pacolli emphasizes that in recent days, sponsored articles, rumors, and conspiracy theories have been circulating in the media from people whom Baca Behgjet says he has cut off his "tag" due to abuse.
"In recent days, sponsored articles, rumors and conspiracy theories have been circulating from individuals whose "taxhine" I have cut off due to the evident abuses they have committed. I firmly believe that justice will act impartially and legally, doing its duty as it should," Pacolli adds.

Pacolli's reaction comes after a decision by the Tirana Court today, which decided to block any possible action he may take against the concessionaire of Vlora International Airport.
According to the decision, the Tirana Court has accepted the submitted request and has taken the measure of securing the lawsuit against the Company "Vlora International Airport - VIA" SH.PK, suspending any decision planned at the General Assembly of Partners, which was scheduled to be held on October 20, 2025.
Also, based on the decision, the voting rights of the majority shareholder, the company "Mabco Constructions SA", are suspended until the registration of the contract for the sale of 49% of the capital shares of the company VIA sh.pk, transferred on April 3, 2025 to the buyer "2A Group" sh.pk.
Earlier, an article published by Hashtag.al raised questions and shed light on the way Pacolli has acted with the construction of the Vlora International Airport, raising concerns that he may be creating a corridor for Russian strategic interests in Albania.
