The European Union will invest in the construction of two Artificial Intelligence factories in Serbia and North Macedonia, while Albanian citizens are left only to be satisfied with the government's propaganda and the robot minister Diella.

The head of the European Commission said that with EU membership, the economies of the Western Balkan countries will experience significant growth. She invited all investors from EU countries to prioritize the Western Balkans for investment.
Albania's chronic failure to attract investment in the knowledge and high-tech economy remains one of the most serious problems that is affecting the competitiveness of the Albanian economy. While other countries receive investments in this segment, Albanian citizens can only be satisfied with the international propaganda of the government, which claims to have invented the first virtual minister.
