The Vlora Marina project was presented at MIPIM 2026, one of the most prestigious global events in the Real Estate industry, held in Cannes, France, where developers, investors and sector leaders from around the world gather every year.
During the event, the project attracted attention as one of the strategic developments on the Albanian Riviera, offering a new vision for the urban and tourist development of the city of Vlora. The interest of the participants was particularly focused on the mixed urban model of the development, which combines the first world-class marina in Albania with a modern residence with premium apartments by the sea, the first Marriott hotel on the Albanian coast, branded residences as well as a full range of service and retail units in a single destination.
The Vlora Marina project was part of a dedicated stand in the “Soundscapes of Albania” pavilion, which was visited by over 20,000 industry participants, including investors, international developers and representatives of well-known Real Estate companies, who had the opportunity to get to know more closely the concept and potential of modern developments in Albania.

Another important moment was Albania’s selection in the Top 5 best pavilions of the fair, an assessment that highlights the country’s growing profile and strengthens its perception as a market with high potential for development.

This year's edition was attended by over 20,000 professionals from more than 90 countries, as well as over 2,400 companies, which presented the latest projects and initiatives in urban development and Real Estate investments.
