The administrator of "Alko Impex", Arbër Abazi, appeared today at the SPAK premises. It is reported that Abazi's appearance is within the framework of the investigations into the "Balluku" file.
At the center of the investigation into this file is former Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku, suspected of violating equality in tenders. Arbër Abzai is a businessman with family ties to the Deputy Prime Minister, as he lives with her aunt's daughter.
SPAK previously conducted searches at Arbër Abazi's apartment in connection with the investigation into the tenders for the lots of the Tirana Ring Road.
His name has come up in the investigation of the procedures for the construction of the Tirana Outer Ring Road, Lot 7, where the winner was declared the merger of the companies "Alko-Impex General Construction & 2T' sh.pk
His company is Alko-Impex General Construcion and Arbër Abazi is a relative of Belinda Balluku, as a cohabitant with her aunt's daughter.
