The opening of the base in Rinas and the transformation of Albania into one of its key bases of operations has prompted the well-known low-cost company Ryanair to bring its recruitment agency to Tirana.
Warsaw Aviation Spólka z ograniczona odpołiedzialnoscia, the Polish company that exclusively recruits staff for Ryanair, registered its branch at the National Business Center a few days ago.

Sources told Kapital that the company will massively recruit staff for Ryanair in Albania. The Irish airline has announced that it will hire around 3,000 people from Albania over the next 3-4 years as part of its strategy to expand its operations in the country.
According to sources, the most sought-after positions will be those of technical staff, cabin crew, stewards, etc. This is one of the most positive developments in the flight market in Albania, as it opens a large front and employment opportunities for young Albanians who want to start their careers in the aviation industry.
