Exclusive/ Dulaku sells Tring to a company linked to Devoll

Tring sha, the second largest digital platform in the country, has changed hands. Its founders, the Dulaku brothers, have decided to sell the company to a company called Vertex Holding. The share purchase agreement between the parties was signed on October 2, while the sale price has not yet been made public.

The transaction has also been notified to the Competition Authority. "The Competition Authority has been notified of the letter 879 prot. of the CA, dated 06.10.2025 "Notification of concentration", we have been notified regarding the proposed transaction on the purchase of 100% of the shares of the company Tring TV SHA by the company Vertex Holding SHPK," the Authority announced.

Tring's buyer, Vertex Holding, is a company founded in August of this year with a capital of only 10 thousand lek. Its shares are 100 percent owned by a Kosovar citizen named Valon Shala.

But the real buyers of Tring are thought to be the Devolls of Kosovo. According to Kosovo media, Mr. Shala also appears on the papers as the owner of the company Art Motion, which owns Klan Kosova. In parallel, he worked as a marketing manager and head of distributors at Princ Caffe, also a company owned by the Devolls.

Tring is a company founded in 2006 by the Dulaku family. The company's object is audiovisual activity and activity in the construction of telecommunication systems and audiovisual transmissions in every type of transmission (satellite, terrestrial, cable, IPTV, OTT, Internet TV.

Last year, Tring reported 15 million euros in revenue and a net profit of 131 thousand euros.
