In 2026, Green Coast enters a key moment in its development, with the launch of the first deliveries of the second phase units. This step marks not only another achievement in the development of the project, but also the further consolidation of a unique destination that has introduced a new model of integrated tourism, with the most diverse range of services.
This is a natural evolution of a project built on concrete results. Since the first phase, completed and habitable since 2019, Green Coast has presented a clear success story.
The project has brought a new concept of living and vacationing, creating an active community throughout the year and significantly extending the tourist season on the Albanian Riviera.
In parallel, it has witnessed a significant increase in property value, from the moment construction began until today, positioning itself as one of the most stable investments in the real estate market in Albania and continuously expanding in further phases.
