The story of the Hekal councilors is related to an event that occurred in Fier sometime around the end of 1943, where 11 men were shot in the village of Gorishovë. These were councilors of the village of Hekal.
For almost 70 years, Albanians were served a manipulated history of the event by the dictatorship of Enver Hoxha. This was even made into a movie, as Elisa says. According to this version, the 11 councilors were shot by the Germans for their patriotic resistance against the occupier. The real story is very different. The councilors were killed out of enmity by a wealthy villager from the area, named Isuf Hasani.
Some Hekalites had killed Isuf Hasan's brother, two or three days before. He had information that the killers were advisors in Hekal, but he did not know exactly who they were. So he took the 11th and killed them. Later, Isufi fled to America, where he died, they say, in 1992, without ever coming back to Albania.
Nayse. The story of the advisors of the Temple is gone. Now the story of the advisors of Elisha has come out.
The Speaker of the Assembly turns out to have had a full 17 councilors, even more than the village of Hekal. These, according to published documents, had a salary fund of 475 thousand euros per year, including the relevant insurance. This is how much Albanian taxpayers paid each year to advise Elisa Spiropali.

The circle of Elisha's advisors
The question that arises is, what were all these advisors advising the Speaker of the Assembly on?
In the world's most advanced research institutes, research teams are generally in groups of 3 to 4 people. Currently, the average size of a team of scientists globally is 7.3 people. They make the inventions that change life on earth and advance human society. While a team of 17 people is used in very rare cases, for large and complex projects.
Now imagine 17 big heads giving advice. But what do they advise?
So far, Mamica's intensive and expensive consulting has only produced two smart things for the nation. The first was to rename Edi Rama after Skanderbeg, and the second was to show Albanians that tourism increased because Edi Rama supported the Russian ambassador to the UN, and even made Lavrov and Putin tremble.
This is what Albanian taxpayers have received in exchange for the 2 million euros they paid for Murat Bënçat and the Abedins of Elisa for 4 consecutive years. And in fact, some of them are exactly like Murat and Abedin. Without school. Because in the long list of advisors there are also people with fake diplomas, who have also robbed the American embassy.
Take note, Abedin. And vote again. Because now you will have advisors in the Foreign Ministry and they will do even more to Putin.
