Jet Bank completes the licensing process from the Bank of Albania to operate with full capacity in the Albanian market, marking an important step towards introducing the first 100% digital banking model in the country.
This development confirms the successful completion of a rigorous assessment and preparation process, in accordance with domestic and international regulatory standards, as well as requirements for security, transparency and financial stability.
Next, Jet Bank will enter a preliminary testing phase, during which the application will be accessible to a select group of users. This phase aims to collect feedback on the user experience, functionalities and performance of the platform in real-world usage conditions.
“After licensing, our focus is to ensure that every element of the customer experience is simple, functional and reliable. For this reason, we will begin with a controlled testing phase, before introducing the application to the general public,” said Fatbardha Rino, CEO of Jet Bank .
In parallel, the set of services will be built step by step, based on customer requests and feedback during this phase, with the aim that each functionality offered addresses real and concrete needs. Based on the results of the tests, Jet Bank will determine the moment of full market launch, bringing a new approach to the way individuals and businesses interact with financial services.
Jet Bank aims to offer a fully digital banking experience, built on principles of simplicity, speed and transparency, adapting to the pace and needs of its customers' daily lives.
