Likewise, part of its activity will be the publication and administration of electronic publications and online media.

The documents show that the company's registered address is on Dervish Shaba Street, Block B-1. Adria Med television is located at the same address as several other companies owned by businessman Enver Mehmeti, but the latter states that the Serbian company has no connection to his television.

Arena News Channel Two Doo was founded on March 13, 2009 by Goran Đaković. At that time, it was called "Telecommunications Company HD-WIN doo". On May 22, 2019, the company was acquired by "Telekom Srbija" AD, making it a company indirectly owned by the government of Serbia.

Arena Channel Group currently holds the rights to broadcast sports channels in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Croatia. This media group also holds the license for the well-known Euronews channel for Serbia.

Arena Channel's arrival in Albania coincides with some significant changes in the Albanian media market. Two weeks ago, Kapitali reported that the Dulaku family sold the Tring platform to a company affiliated with Kosovo's Devolli group.

Likewise, in recent months there have been rumors of a possible sale of another platform, Digitalb, but so far this has not materialized.
