Is SPAK the reason why the Vlora Cadastre was dissolved?

Lorena Goxhobelli's sudden decision to dissolve the Vlora Cadastre and transfer it to Tirana has surprised not only the employees, but also the citizens of Vlora. What is the reason why the government decided to remove an important public service in one of its strongest political bastions?

Although officially Cadastra said that this is a planned move within the framework of the reorganization, which began five years ago, this decision coincides with several other important developments, especially on the SPAK front.

A month and a half ago, SPAK publicly released the AKSHI file, demanding detention measures for a group of AKSHI businesswomen and officials, including the general director of this institution, Mirlinda Karçanaj. After the release of the file, rumors were spread that this group had also interfered in the Cadastre system by registering properties illegally.

Historically, the Vlora Cadastre has been one of the most problematic institutions in the country, as evidenced by the record number of directors who have been dismissed or dismissed in this institution in recent years. And the transformation of the Vlora Cadastre into a guillotine of directors had only one cause: massive property abuses in the coastal city.

If SPAK has truly followed in the footsteps of the carnage with the extortion of properties in Vlora, then the merger of the Vlora Cadastre is likely not simply a planned reorganization move as the government claims, but an attempt to erase traces of abuses.
