Greed doesn't stop/ Towers arrive in Lalzi Bay, permission for 14 floors

A 14-story tower will be the tallest building in the Lalzi Bay area, where so far the government has only granted permits for tourist complexes and villages, up to 4 floors, while with this course, the entire area is expected to be transformed into a second Golem.

It seems that the craze to build high up has also affected coastal areas, which until now have had low-rise buildings, low and sprawling hotels, while the goal behind this initiative is concrete.

In recent days, the Territorial Development Agency has released the next permit, where the construction permit for the object "complex, hotel 1, 3, 13, 14 floors above ground, residence and services 1-3 floors above ground, with usable terraces and a surrounding wall" has been conditionally approved. The location is in the Municipality of Durrës, and the developer is the company "Bpi Blessed Property Invest".

Tower in Lalzi Bay

The construction permit will be granted only after the firm completes the technical-legal documentation and pays the infrastructure impact tax on behalf of the Municipality of Durrës.

Vox News reviewed the accompanying documents of this permit, which shows that the plot is located in an agricultural area, an arable land, with a total area of 7,333 m².

"We do not have any existing structures within this plot. On this land, the construction of a resort with hotel functions, apartments and tourist services is envisaged, based on the relevant technical data and parameters," the document states.

Vox News also reviewed other documents from the National Business Center, which show that the owner of the development firm, "Bpi Blessed Property Invest", is Erald Mata, a 36-year-old from Dibra. The company's administrator is Agim Isaku, also from Dibra, while what stands out is that the firm in question has a capital of only 100 thousand lek.

Naturally, the question arises as to how much money will be used to build this complex? Vox News has learned that Mata and Isaku were the owners of the bar-restaurant "Ibiza" in the Lalzi Bay area. If we look at the Central Registry Office, it turns out that both NIPTs of this entity have been suspended and deregistered some time ago.

Vox News reviewed other documents from this building permit, which show that the tower they will build will be a full 14 stories high, making it the tallest building in the area and putting an end to the idea that the area is only for tourist villages and low-rise buildings, but in harmony with nature.

It seems that the greed to build or the projects they have presented, or the interventions, have led the government to submit to these people. But, at this rate, it seems that the entire area will turn into Golemi, Mali i Robit, Qerret or even Durrës itself.

The project shows the large tower at the beginning and then several structures adjacent to each other.
